Introductions
Well hi there everybody!
I suppose I should start of by introducing myself. My name is Shannon, I am a South African girl and I grew up in a small farming town. I love laughing, I love Oreos and I absolutely love love. I want nothing more in this world but to love and to be loved in return.
I come from a pretty big family and I wouldn't have it any other way. My family is the most precious thing in this world to me and I look forward to the day that I can begin my own little family. I have been told repeatedly that I am wise beyond my years. Quite frankly, I feel as though I am a little old woman trapped inside a 19 year old's body! I am not your typical teenage girl, in fact, I am quite boring and well-behaved (sorry to disappoint).
I am currently studying Psychology and loving every minute of it.
I have been wanting to start a blog for a months now, but there have been a few things that have caused me to be apprehensive about the whole idea.
Firstly, I didn't think my life was interesting enough - what would I blog about? Secondly, how does one even go about starting a blog?
I need to be honest - I have no idea what I am doing and I have no idea where I will go with this blog and what it will one day turn out to be. So, dear readers, I can only ask you to be patient with me, laugh at my spelling and grammar mistakes and enjoy this journey - wherever it may lead to!

Found your blog through the linkup. I also feel like an old woman trapped in a 19 year old's body! It's such a strange feeling to be expected to misbehave and be wild in college...but it's more fun being lighthearted without being crazy.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving your blog; keep posting!
Hi Kira!
DeleteThank you so much for your comment and your sweet words :) I know exactly what you mean - I'm so glad there are other little old 19 year old women out there.
Have a lovely Thursday x
Hi Shannon :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so awesome! I felt the same way when I started blogging (and trust me, I still don't know what I'm doing). I can't wait to see where God takes your blog. We can both be girls venturing out on our blog journey together! Just keep on posting!!

So glad to know I'm not the only one who doesn't know what's going on;)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see where He takes this little space of mine either - it's so exciting!
Thanks so much for getting in touch.

I'm so glad I found your blog through a link up! I just started a blog myself and it's very intimidating at times. It's so cool to know that there are so many others on this journey with us! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteIt can really be intimidating but just keep at it!
DeleteSo lovely to hear from you, thanks for making your way onto my little space here.
